Chef Ito’s Super Lunch Drink
SERVES 2
2 cups fresh Thai baby coconut water
1 tablespoon pure barley green powder
1 tablespoon Quantum Green Mix Powder (Premier Research Brand)
1 tablespoon fresh coconut cream/powder
1 tablespoon Spirulina powder 1 tablespoon Blue Manna powder ½ cup raw noni juice
Blend together in a high-powered blender.

Au Lac has an Elixir Cocktail menu (sans liquor), and Ito’s food and desert creations are sheer art in presentation and taste.
